The President's Program Auditorium number is W375e.
We've heard that a good street location to get dropped off by a cab is Indiana, 1 block East of Michigan. If you then come in Gate 40, the escalators to Registration are in between W182 and W183. I think that the elevator, restrooms and watercoolers are nearby too.

I'll be at PLA 101: ALA Annual Conference for First Time Attendees on Sat from 8-9 at the Chicago Hilton, Room: Northwest 4, if you want to meet me and learn about Annual Conference from pros, Christine and Michelle! (Julianna, PLA's Program Coordinator)
- PLA The format for the All Committee Meeting on Sunday, July 12, 2009 will remain essentially the same. The change will be that there will be announcements and Communities of Practice will meet from 8:00-8:45 (after announcements), while Committees will meet from 8:45-11:00.
- Some committees have chosen to meet at 9 or later. Check with your committee chairs. Share meeting time information with the PLA Office if you'd like it to be announced here and on PLA.org or update this wiki.
- Committees currently listed for the All Committee Meeting are the Budget and Finance Committee, the Endowment Task Force, the Every Child Ready to Read Evaluation Task Force, the Intellectual Freedom Advisory Group, the Leadership Task Force, the Legislative Advisory Group, and the PLDS Statistical Report Advisory Committee. All are welcome to come when doors open at 8:00 for coffee and conversation.
- The PLA Board of Directors will meet on Monday from 8-10 a.m. (the meeting space is reserved until 12)
- President's Program and Awards presentation (Monday, 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.) Room 375 turns out to be one large escalator flight up from the Gate 40 entrance. You'll head left and up from Gate 40. Room 375 is clearly marked as where the Auditorium Speaker Series happens. We'll be in ballroom E, per Conference Services.
